These terms govern use of the CalloutAI website and the AI call-answering service provided by [Your Legal Business Name] ("CalloutAI", "we", "us"). By engaging our service, our client ("Client") agrees to these terms.
CalloutAI provides an AI-based phone and text answering service, including call answering, missed-call text-back, and appointment booking, configured for each Client's business during onboarding.
Fees are set out on our Pricing page and billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. A one-time setup fee applies to new clients. Prices shown in currencies other than USD are approximate.
Service is month-to-month. Either party may cancel with [14 days] written notice. There is no long-term lock-in contract.
Client agrees to provide accurate business information (hours, services, pricing, service area) and to respond to onboarding and support requests within a reasonable time. Delays in providing accurate information may delay go-live or affect service quality.
The service may not be used to send unsolicited marketing messages, to impersonate another business, or in any way that violates applicable telecommunications or consumer protection law, including rules governing automated calls and text messages.
Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how caller information is collected, used, and protected.
CalloutAI is not liable for missed bookings or lost business resulting from Client-provided information being incomplete or inaccurate, or from outages of third-party platforms we rely on (phone carriers, AI providers, calendar services) that are outside our reasonable control.
We aim to respond to support requests within [X business hours] and review call performance with each Client on a regular basis.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
